I am at 44 days into the transformation and tomorrow starts the downhill side. I started at 200 lbs. and am now at 192 which does not sound like a lot of weight loss but according to Tom in my 4 week evaluation I gained 16 lbs. of muscle and lost 24 lbs of fat. I also lost 6.5 inches of girth and hydration is up over 50%. Just like the stories I read before I started the program it’s working and I feel great.
But the best part is going from a 36 inch waist to a 32. Time to go shopping.
It should be noted that 2 weeks in I pretty much lost my left knee which has been problematic since I was a teenager. 3 surgeries and severe arthritis has left it a mess.
