Debunking the Myths about Weight Loss

The general belief is that there is some magic secret to losing weight, looking better, and feeling great. The myths people believe are that a complicated diet must be followed and you have to spend all waking hours at the gym. The reality is actually quite simple, although most don’t want to believe the truth.

So let’s talk about eating better, being active and getting enough sleep. I want to encourage you that my program is simple, scientific and something that you can do for the rest of your life. Most people don’t want to look for the answers, but rather hide behind a set of complicated excuses.

When I talk about eating better I am not talking about eating only organic, juice fasts, or extreme dietary restrictions. Does eating better need to be a highly complex process with all sorts of hard to find foods?
